.Net Framework Help...

I am trying to install Microsoft .NET Framework V3.5 and am currentl
having no success. It's been almost a year and a half since my Automati
Updates stopped working and my computer seems to not be able to connec
to the Microsoft network at all. I need to update my .NET Framework t
V3.5 so I can run a few new programs, most importantly a new vide
converter I recently stumbled upon. Is there anyway to download the ful
update from a mirror somewhere that is not windows or perhaps restore m
connection to windows? I have noticed that when I go on vacation hote
internet seems to allow me to connect and receive updates. Last weeken
I traveled to the Dolphin Resort in Disney World and obtained about 3
updates. I'm not sure why I can connect to Windows from there and not m
own home but for whatever the reason thats how it works. An
feedback/information would be a big help. As much as I would like t
fully restore my access to the Windows network I mainly would like th
.NET Framework V3.5. If anyone has any way for me to get the ful
installer it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
