Without sounding to ****ed off and angry--which I have just done... Why
can't the WU install instructions indicate that because of "the beast"
version 2.0 WILL NOT replace the need to have 1.1 and its SP ALSO installed
and that all three will continue to be tracked as needed in WU or your
history if you have them installed. Wouldn't this be a courtesy!
What a waste of time!
BTW, this particular thread pretty much answers my question: Why is WU
tracking older versions of .NET Framework?
