NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1 (KB886903) update proble

please my computer is set to recieve updates from microsoft, and it has been
working very well. but recently, it has problem updating fully with report
that a file with.. NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1 (KB886903)
cannot be install for reasons I wouldnÂ´t know..the main problem is that my
computer is setup with the german language and was given as a present to
me...I have tried to change the language but itÂ´s hard...what must I do
please..
