I have two profiles for Live Messanger one is a hotmail account and the other
is an older yahoo account. Today when I try to sign into the yahoo account I
get a message that says ; "We can not sign you in to Windows Live Messanger
because we have made changes to .NET Messander Services that affect your
account. For more information and to continue using Windows Live Messanger,
please click OK"
When I click OK I get an error message that says that the page is not found.
Microsoft seems to be doing it again... trying to force everyone to use only
accounts that are Microsofts own.
Any ideas...I can not access any of my contacts to change to a different
messanger account. Thanks for any advice/help in advance.

Same here,

I tried to log-in using Agile Messenger and I got a message saying that
unless I change my email address associated to my passport, I will not be
able to log-in.

What kind of stupid game is Microsoft playing here?

I am changing to Yahoo! Messenger. What a bunch of cr**.

Seems that my problem has corrected it's self just as mysteriously as it
occured.
I am currently logged into the yahoo account and everything works as it
should.
Hope that this isn't a reoccuring thing and that you can get your working
also.
