Thank you for your help! I did send the report last night and printed the
page with my confirmation number, still didn't call yet - I just didn't have
the time. I did switch the recommened install box to "Custom Install" and
unchecked the download then told it not show it again, and this has stopped
the annoying pop-up for now. Also I checked in the Add/Remove Programs and
like some of you I too do not have it listed as being installed. But if I
check my Microsoft Update list of programs installed it is there six times in
a row because at first when this started happening I wasn't sure what was
going on and was letting it try to reinstall
