I am trying to download your free netscape navigator 7.2 download and it
gets to a certain point in the download with this error message:
"Setup has encountered a network problem and has paused the download.
If you've just lost your connection, please click Resume once your network
has been
reestablished". I've never lost my connection and everytime I hit Resume
I get this message again. What is the problem?

When replying I need step by step instructions on what I need to do. don't
just say for example "That's usually a profile-related problem - dig around
in your
C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\ directory for the profile and rename it.
Or run Netscape's profile Manager and create a new one".

In this case, what profile? How would I run Netscapes profile's Mgr.?

What is the problem? Microsoft does not own, distribute or
support Netscape. Maybe the Netscape server has the
problem. Why not ask them.
