At least once per day my internet connection stops or gets very slow. If I
reboot the computer or turn off my cable modem for 15 seconds and turn it
back on, things usually get back to normal.

Is there a 'Run' command I can use to achive the same thing? Is there a
network cache I can clear?

Thanks, DH ... Vista Home Premium, SP1

You could disable and enable the network connection to refresh and I
have a VBScript that would do that for you, but it really isn't much
faster than restarting. Besides, the fact that you frequently need to
resort to resetting your cable modem indicates the problem is actually
with the cable modem and your cable provider.
