Network Card Hangs

HI,

Am having Small Business Server 2003 on Server Machine having 2 Network
Cards.
One is for internal network & other is attached to Satellite Modem (for
internet).
Some time the second network card (for internet) hangs & stops all kind of
traffic until I refresh the card by changing/update its Static IP.
Have even uninstalled & installed the network card but it didn't works.

Anyone having idea?
