Whatever you do, DO NOT uninstall MS06-040 (KB921883) unless you block
access to ports 137-139 and 445. Please read the Suggested Actions on

You could uninstall MS05-043(KB896423) to see if that resolves the
issue, but it *appears* that KB921883 might be the culprit.
