I have been trying to Install the Windows Live One Care Anti virus software
for a week now. I keep getting an error message saying that there is an
network connection problem try again, however the internet connection is
good. I have tried the suggestions in the Help webist but they did not seem
to help. I also installed Publisher 2007 trial version and it won't
activate. I am recieving a message indicating that there is a communication
problem when I try to activate it over the internet. There seems to be
something that is not recognizing my internet connection. can someone please
tell me what to do. I am frustrated and have contacted Windows Live Ine care
as well as my ISP and there seems to be no solution.
