network drivers dont work after update

My system automatically updated this a.m. Now the ethernet card cant find a
driver that will work to make it hook to the network. It keeps saying to the
update center to get a driver, but hello if it wont connect i cant get one.
DUH!!! please help!

Try the following. Hope it works.

Solution1:
When your computer boots up, keep tapping F8 key.
Windows will show you advanced boot options:

1.) Start Windows in Safe Mode

2.) Start Windows Normally
..
..
..
3.) Start Windows with the last known good configuration

Select the option "Start Windows with last known good configuration"
and try using Windows and see if it can detect your network card.

Solution2:
What ethernet card do you have? Name? Model?
