Network updates from memory stick

I am trying to do a setup of all the Microsoft XP, 2000 and office down load
of all the kb security and functional updates. It will take forever do them
one at a time over the network. I would like to down all the updates onto a
memory stick and go from computer to computer upgrading, not from the
network, but from the memory stick. Has anyone done it this way? How do you
do it? How do you know what updates to run?

Generally you download the latest sp, and any critical updates released
after the sp date.
See MS site for Administritive updates - ie download the full file to the hd
and copy/burn to wherever
