Networking: Server Execution Failed

All of a sudden I cannot browse my network. When I Right click the network
icon, and select properties, after a minute or 2, I get "Server execution
failed" right where the icons go on top. Please please help me with this!!!
I depend on my networking. Multiple reboots wont fix this and I will not
reinstall Vista for the 4th time.

Have you installed or ran any system utilities/Registry cleaners/Syste
optimizers or followed any vista tweak/performance guides

also run services.msc from the searchbox and check both "Server" an
"Workstation" services are both set to automatic startup and running..
