If Your ISP is Netzero or Juno, try turning your highspeed off then run your
updates also make sure that your automatic updates are on too so you dont
have to do this everytime you'll see your updates running when you restart
your pc and go online (you will see a little windows update icon on the
buttom righthandside) other wise if you want to do your updates manually
just turn the highspeed off everytime you do your updates.

Turning off high speed worked like a charm! Funny though -- I never had to do
that before??
