See all of surrounding queries regarding AppBar Bullet. The issue still
exists. More help required please, this is a stubborn one. I downloaded
Hijack this tool, sent the log to an online tech forum. They suggested
removing any 'funwebproducts' which I had on board. I did and the problem
still persists. All new offers/ideas gratefully accepted.

Hi Andy
I've got exactly the same problem as you have. First removing the radi
player from the sidebar, then closing the sidebar before shutting dow
the computer helps in my case. Only closing the radio player or closin
the sidebar doesn't work.
Hope somebody will fix this problem soon

Hi Sipabo,
Thanks for your post. At least I know I am not alone now. This is a stubborn
little bugger to say the least. I have this query currently running on 3
forums and nobody so far has been able to give the definate solution. I don't
know how much research or solutions you yourself have tried of course but we
should be sure to notify one another if a new perspective crops up.

AppBar Bullet Solved! I have officially found out what this pesky littl
"program" is!. It's a windows program. Every part of sidebar register
as it's own windows. That is the background, each widget, and low an
behold, the "bullet" on top! the little control bar that has a plus an
two arrows. this is the appbar bullet. This means that the only way t
solve the problem would be to either get a patch from Microsoft, o
create a shortcut for shutdown on your desktop for shutdown with -f i
it. that is to right click on your desktop/whereever you want th
shortcut and go to new > shortcut. in the ensuing window, put "shutdow
-s -f -c "desktop shortcut"-t 001" without the quotes on either side
The -f tells windows to ignore warnings and force down any applicatio
that won't play nice. makes for a faster shutdown, and no popup's
