Vista won't recognize my FujiFilm Z10FD camera. It's supposed to be a
plug-and-play but it won't Device Manager won't recognize it as a camera. I
plugged my camera into my older camera which is XP and it worked fine, which
means that there's a problem with Vista and not the camera. Any suggestions?
I heard that there is a way to make it so that my camera will become
compatible with Vista. Is this even possible?

"I heard that there is a way to make it so that my camera will become

Yes, it is possible, but only if the camera manufacturer decides their
customers need the drivers.
Contact Fujifilm about that camera and Windows Vista compatibility.
If they will not support the camera, there is probably nothing you can
do except a card reader as someone else suggested.
