Well. Lemme kick the proverbial ballistics in regards a me security. Didn't
like One Live, don't likethe other MS..Defender that's it. With the purchase
of my HP media cpu I've got Trend Micro and Webroot SpySweeper free for a
year. They (especially TM) are fairly regularly "updating" my machine. I do
periodically go to the hidden installs to see if A.) compat. w Vista B.)
compat. w/ the user(me). While I've got u sorta. My adobe reader is
"jacked-up". 8.1 came out and I remember supposedly upgrading/installing but
everytime it needs to be accessed I get some pdf note and the new Vista
"prompter" tells me that 8.1 is not working and after much querying i'm still
w/o reader....Uninstall/reInstall right?! Hypothetically say that didn't fix
the problema..Then what? Thanx for putting up w/ my lay"person"ness re:Cpu
language+knowledge.
