NEW DELL & Microsoft REFUSES to update

I have a NEW, one week out of the box, DELL PC, and it came preinstalled with
a version of Win-XP that must be several months old. I've attempted to access
the Microsoft Update Website to download ALL the Security Updates and Bill
Gates REFUSES to let me have his precious updates. I even PAID EXTRA to DELL
for the Win-XP CD-ROM. What the hell is "Genuine Advantage" ??? Microsoft's
Update Website says "this function is no longer supported". THEN HOW THE HELL
DO I DOWNLOAD MY SECURITY UPDATES ???

Who do I sue? Microsoft or DELL for breach of contract and for INTERSTATE
FRAUD?

Anyone want to join me in a class action lawsuit?

GO TO HELL Carey Frish of Microsoft. I'm NOT going to install your NAZI
Genuine Advantage. I've just PAID FOR a brand NEW DELL PC and I paid EXTRA
for the Microsoft Win-XP CD-ROM. It looks like ABC, CBS, FOX & NBC needs to
know about this NEW NAZI program at Microsoft. See you in court.

That link you posted is for installing your NAZI software "Genuine Advantage"
and does NOT solve our problem. So by your reply, are you confirming that
it's Microsoft's OFFICIAL policy that they are REFUSING to allow ANY Security
Updates for ANY Microsoft Software to be downloaded unless the user installs
your NAZI "Genuine Advantage", including NEW PC's right out of the box?

Call Dell.

Either that or set Automatic Updates to Download but you choose what and
when to install. You aren't allowed on the Windows Update site without
validating.

Contract & Internet Interstate FRAUD for purchaser of NEW PC's. The FBI's
Internet Fraud Task Force in located in my city. I've just sent them an email
and I got a very quick reply, who knew the FBI works on Sundays. Looks like
they are VERY interested in this issue and MS's responce to me as "Mr.

Unless you properly validate your Windows installation,
then your only option is to allow Automatic Updates to
automatically download and install the critical security
updates. You cannot manually select which specific
updates to install unless you v-a-l-i-d-a-t-e.

To configure the Automatic Updates feature:

1. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
2. Click the Automatic Updates tab, and then click
"Automatic - recommended"
