New Emoticon Suggestion - Hail Emoticon

The Hail Emoticon would be an image of the right hand of a male holding up
only his 2nd digit and pinky finger (like at a metal concert), hiding the 3rd
and 4th digits.

I think there'd be too many logistics around this one.

More to the point, the Germans would have issues.
