is the new firewall good enough

I'v just installed SP2 and after a few problems, i got it sorted out after
uninstalling my zonelabs pro firewall. The new XP firewall is currently
protecting my system.

My question is : Should I continue to use the XP firewall or turn it off and
re-install Zonelabs Pro or Norton internet security 2004 as i have both.

The windows firewall is adequate at protecting the computer from
incoming threats, however it offers no outgoing protection.
Both Zone labs and Norton protect the computer incoming and outgoing.
Use one of them and disable the Windows firewall.

but only after special treatment. In standard configuration SP2 and the new
firewall sometimes *open* file- and print-services to the outside of a
DUN-connection - even if 1) there is *no* binding for f&p for the interface
and b) there is *only* the exception for f&p on *local network* in the
firewall.
