New GAV Tool Access Denied

I notice lots of poeple are having problems with the new WGA tool. I too am
having this problem and so far MS have done little but reply with 'standard'
try this... messages. Even when I tell them that I have done variouse thinks
they just respnd telling me to do it again. I'm beginning to think I'm
talking to a Robot!

Has anyone actually managed to get this problem fixed?

Will MS please take this seriously and get it fixed!
