NEW HELP ON DOWNLOADS

I refused the "genuine disadvantage tool" and for several months got my
updates by selecting the" download but do not install" box in how you want
your updates. For the past 3 or so days I got all types of wierd behavior
with the result not working or disappearing.
HOWEVER I believe MICROSOFT has just reset their servers or fixed problem!
And as they promised I received the updates manually. Don't know about the
automatic page as I don't use it. I hope this helps.
