If you have Vista still installed, or can find it on Google (unsafe),
then this will show you how to add Windows Mail to Windows 7 below.

However, Windows Mail is not supported in Windows 7 and is not
recommended to use in Windows 7 at all. You would be much better using
Windows Live Mail, or some other email client like Thunderbird instead.
