New incoming messages

OS - Windows 7 Ultimat
WLM - Version 2009 (Build 14.0.8089.72

When I receive a new message from someone, the window only highlights the taskbar icon and displays a quick alert window in the bottom right corner.

Is there a way to make the new chat window pop up on the desktop?

Messenger Discovery had this function, but I don't believe it's working now on the latest
version (at least it doesn't for me).

Any particular reason why you want this? Personally it drives me crazy when windows pop out
of nowhere. The Messenger "add contact" windows come to mind.
