That is not entirely correct, there are more LIPs offered for Vista than
these. For those who need one that is not listed in this download, open up
Microsoft Download Center in your native language, and search for your LIP.

According to MS, about 80% of the user interface is translated in a LIP. For
many of us, that well covers the parts of Windows we use daily.

So do I, but has anybody actually risked testing it? To me it sounds like
something that is pretty likely to break, and eventually cause Windows to
turn into a useless non-genuine copy. But that's just me...
