I would place Vista 32 as the worst OS ever issued by Microsoft but not
necessarily the worst ever, because despite its bloated, slow performance
and fundamentally misguided design at least Vista 32 is a usable OS for
everyday work.
Vista 64, on the right hardware, is a much better performer but shares the
idiotic design concepts of Vista 32.
Sadly, my personal experience with the public beta of Win7/Vista SP3,
suggests that Microsoft has learned nothing from the Vista debacle.

But MS has released SP1 for Vista, which should knock all of these well
below Windows 1.0 and Windows ME.

Eunice was a unix sort of emulation that ran with/on top of
