New Live Messenger Opens and then crashes

I have installed - cleaned and reinstalled Windows Live Messenger on my XP I
have service pack three still opens and then says windows has discovered a
problem please send report and I do and then it crashes will never fix.
Checked regicure it didn't fix it either.

Greetings Leslie,

When it crashes, choose the "click here" link in the "sorry for the inconvenience" window.
It will then open another window with some important information at the top. Highlight it,
press Ctrl-C on the keyboard to copy it to the clipboard and paste it in your reply. That
should hopefully help.
