New Malware.h virus and windows32/system/console.exe

I developed this virus and this file can not be cleaned. What are the
ramifications of deleting this specific file. The virus is actually a trojan
that McAfee has no record of. Help!!

There are anti virus News Groups specifically for this type of discussion.

If McAfee called it "New Malware.H" that ios most likely a heuristic detection.

I believe you also mean...
c:\windows\system32\console.exe


Please submit "console.exe" to Virus Total --
http://www.virustotal.com/flash/index_en.html
The submission will then be tested against several different AV vendor's scanners.

Another way to submit is to send the suspect file to the following email address
scan<at>virustotal.com
{ replace <at> with @ } with only the word SCAN as the subject.

Please post back the EXACT results.
