New message not flashing on task bar

Using WLM latest version, taskbar won't flash when new message arrives. How
to fix that?

Greetings,

There are some instances where it won't flash, for instance messages sent while your machine
is locked or when using Remote Desktop. Is that what you're referring to -- or do you just
mean during a normal windows session?
