Will a new number be issued for the update 911567 that breaks OE?

I can't use the current released criticdal update KB911567. It makes Outlook
Express unuseable and gives an address book error so email can't be sent or
replied to.

Will a new numbered update be issued for 911567? Or will they just reissue
the same number? I have that particular update blocked from reinstalling on
my computer. How will I know the update is fixed?

There is supposed to be a 'new' patch issued on Tuesday.

Which will be KB90851 but AFAIK *not* KB911567.
