Hello well i have had a Dell tech help me but i am having this problem with a
white blank page coming up on my comuter the only way i can get rid of this
sily thing is hitting the windows logo and the right clicking it and closing
it. My Question is this I have windows vista premium and i had to reformate a
while ago and this is what is happening so my Question is this how do i get
rid of this silly thing so it does not come up anymore on here? Thank-you

Is this white blank page associated with any application at all, such as
Internet Explorer, Explorer shell? Is this a clean install of Windows Vista
or applications have also been installed? If so, could list them?

We need more info on the blank page. It sounds like an application is
starting such as word with new document. Check your startup programs.

I have the same problem with both of my Vista computers....one is Vista
Premium the other is Vista Basic.
I hide my task bar so I have to go to task manager to close the page.
TM show the task as "blank internet explorer page".
Problem occurs after restart of computer.
