I have a Dell Inspiron 531 with 1022 RAM. It is a 32bit operating syste
running Vista Home Premium. Everytime I click shut down or restart, i
goes to the normal shutting down screen, but it takes a bit longer tha
it usually does, then I see the spinning wheel in fromt of "Shuttin
Down" freeze for about 1 second, then blue screen pops up saying

"..

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUA

..

Technical Information

***Stop: 0x0000000a (0x00000000, 0x0000001B, 0x00000001, 0x81C291FA)

I have ran the Dell Factory Image Restore twice today, thinking it wa
some software or something, but the blue screen still shows up afte
shut down. I'm thinking it's bad RAM, maybe the comp is overheating
some other hardware. Please, can anyone tell me if I am right? If so
what exactly can I do? Thanks

Run the memory diagnostic tool included with Vista.
