You need to go to the sites that interest you.
For Dell, "windows xp" in the search box led to a page that easily led
to this page:

Try that and similar on sites of manufacturers you like.
You may need to call and talk to sales in some cases if you can not

Very funny post. You can get NEW notebooks with XP from the VENDOR. If you
mosey over to their sites, you will see that they sell notebooks.
