Help? I have a new Treo Pro (WM6.1) which appears to have properly
installed the sync software on my PC. When I plug it in and run
ActiveSync on the device, Windows Mobile Device Center says it's
connected. In Mobile Device Settings I changed the content sync settings
so contacts are synced. I also used Pictures, Music and Video to add
media from Windows Media Player. There, 1.9 GB of music is queued for
syncing.
When I click the sync button on the device, Mobile Device Center shows
that it's syncing, as does the device. But the sync lasts about 3
seconds, and nothing transfers.
Can someone suggest some steps for troubleshooting?
