New updates April 27th...

I recently got the "new updates are ready for your computer" on my XP
professional machine. After I downloaded them and restarted the computer it
will not boot up nor go into safe mode or load from the last known good spot.
I recently looked at what these updates are on my other computer, xp home,
although they may not be the same updates, but they have a Windows Malicious
Software Removal Tool - April 2005 (KB890830) and 1.1 Microsoft .net
framework. However when looking in the description of both updates, neither
lets you uninstall the update. How can I get this to uninstall so I can get
my computer to boot again?

You have something else wrong with your PC.
Neither of those updates should cause a no-boot issue.
