new user acct???

Upon accessing user accounts through the control panel, I noticed a new User
(that does NOT show up upon startup as one of the accounts to choose from).
This user name is a "limited" account and is named "ASP.NET machine A". WHAT
IS THIS??? FYI...I recently went to Microsoft.com and did a Windows Update
of critical updates.
