new vista laptop and paltalk?

Is paltalk scene 9.5 not able to run on vista? I've downloaded it and
installed it but when it goes to start, it says that windows has found a
problem with running paltalk and it will let me know if it finds a solution
.... yeah right... anyone know of a fix or what I can do to get it to run?
