I will start by saying i am new to windows vista and new to this forum.
I may be making a mistake posting here but what the hell...
I have problems with vista tha i hope someone may know the answer/s
to.

1. rundllhost32 has stopped working keeps coming up.
Wht is it and how do i stop it?
2. internet keeps opening itself up and going to a page calledm
microbillsys wherein there is just a line of random letters. Som etimes
it goes after i close it but mostly once it pops up once it keeps
opening window after window.

I have other problems with it too but ill just concentrate on these 2
for now.

Hope someone can help.

Your computer is infected with malware and you need to clean it up.

You mention having other problems so I'm guessing that your computer is
infected with more than just Microbillsys, too. See these general
malware removal steps for other issues:

Standard caveat: If the procedures look too complex - and there is no
shame in admitting this isn't your cup of tea - take the machine to a
professional computer repair shop (not your local version of
BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). Please be aware that not all local shops
are skilled at removing malware and even if they are, your computer may
be so infested that Windows will need to be clean-installed. Have all
your data backed up before you take the machine into a shop.
