New Windows Size

Prior to installing update 2 to Windows XP Pro, when opening a new window as
a result of clicking on a link, the window would open full size. Since
installing update 2, the new windows that open are about 1/4 the size of the
screen. How can I get the windows to open maximized/full screen again?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE (or Windows) should
remember the size next time.
