I'm a newbie. Can anyone tell me where I can go to get help wit
Windows Mail. (The version that replace Outlook Express.

Try going to the menu "tools - options - send"
Check the HTML Settings button (for mail) to make sure that the option to 'send pictures with the message' is checked.
