I've now blocked Alias, Frank, NoStop and thetruthhurts, now this newsgroup
seems much more normal and civilized, without all the idiotic slanging
matches.

I've got about 7 people KF'd over the last two months. That's all it takes
to get this board almost completely civil and a pleasure to use. The only
time one gets through is when someone new shows up, gets into a degenerative
discussion, and copies their rhetoric inadvertently.

Lincoln actually got it right but was way ahead of his time when he said,
"You can have some of you computer working all of the time and all of your
computer working some of the time but..." It was he that said that, wasn't
it?

I'm considering KFing Frank too.
If only because he feels the need to answer *every* troll/abuser thus adding
to the problem.

I sort of tried to send him a message in one of my posts about two months
ago to this effect: do not devalue putdowns, do not be redundant, etc. I
think he listened and became more animated for a while but it is his nature.

I personally believe that aside from the fact that he is honest, has
integrity: "this Newsgroup is not for sale," etc. he takes away the trolls
energy which otherwise would have been spent on badmouthing Vista.

Vista badmouths itself, once you power it up!

You and kevpan are an item; and you are two-timing him with Frank!
