I am not able to find a microsoft.public.office.word newsgroup. Does anyone
know if there is one?

I would like to be able to do a global replace using a hyperlink for the
"replace with" if possible.

Thanks,
Roy

Not sure what you mean .. do you want to make a macro in word?

I want to, for example, replace all #402's in a document with hyperlink
#402's. If I can use the "replace all" function, that would be great. If it
can be done with a macro, that's OK too, although my macro writing skills
are very basic.

I'll check out your link. Thanks, Jim.

It's a forum. access it with your web browser.
No newsgroups.
No server.

It's a web-based forum, but you can access it with a newsreader and
the NNTP bridge. Although there are some disadvantages to doing it
that way, in my view it's much better than accessing the forum on the
web, and I do all of the many the new forums I participate in that
way.
