Nightly Windows Updates

For the past week or so, I have been getting nightly windows updates when I
go to shut down for the night. There are always 2 updates. It is as if
there is an update loop or something. I cannot believe that I always have 2
updates every night. Also, I was wondering how one could find out what these
updates are to see if they are the same updates being downloaded every night
but just haven't been installed correctly or something and the computer reads
as if the updates haven't been downloaded.

First:
- Grab the WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe and install it...
(Save it to your computer, close all open porgrams, run it from where you
saved it.)
http://download.windowsupdate.com/v7...gent30-x86.exe

- Reboot

- Grab and install WindowsXP-KB927891-v3-x86-ENU.exe.
(Save it to your computer, close all open porgrams, run it from where you
saved it.)
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927891

- Reboot

You likely have plain old Windows XP - 32 bit... not x64.

Then - visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ and scan your computer for
updates.
