NIS is blocking updates

Norton IS is blocking the windows update page. I have XP with SP2. If I
disable NIS, the update page works ok, otherwise I get an error message. How
do I configure NIS?

Hi

You need to open up for svchost.exe, more here on how to configure
Norton Firewall to let Windows Updates through:

Thanks, svchost.exe was blocked for some reason. All resolved.
