I have been trying to create an NLB interface between two Terminal Servers,
I create the interface in unicast mode and I cann ping or connect. I create
it in multicast mode with igmb checked and I can only ping/connect within
the same subnet. Any ideas? or pointers to good reference on this still not
quite getting it.

Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition R2

Also, I have dual NIC's on each server.

I figured this out myself, FYI for anyone that runs into this. Basically
you cannot use the hyper-V integrated NIC's you will have to create a
legacy nic for the NLB because of the way it addresses the MAC.

You can use Synthetic NICs if you want. I wrote an article on how to do
