No able to Install Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 6

To Install a software I need Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 6 or later. I
tried installing Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8. But I am not able to
install since even Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 3 is not in my machine. I
am not able to locate any other versions other than 8 in site also. Pls help
me

Be careful as which one you use for OS. Specific ones for specific OS.
Win2003 already includes.
