Had major problems with HP desktop and all services were disabled. also
internet would shutdown immediately.on task mgr under users... no one appears
to be logged on. System restore would not start up and restart w/safe mode
was not possible. Drwatson debugger would flake out and i would have100 or
more processes running... drwatson.exe, 32, etc... I finally did a system
recovery and things worked a bit better. Now i cant adjust the amount of
storage space for cookies and all owner files are not accessable... hence, no
downloads possible except for 63 windows updates and service pk 2. HELP!!!
