No access to Updates

Hi.

I'm trying to download updates, but cant advance to the page after I "click"
the express or custom botton.

All it gives me is this message -

"[Error number: 0x80072EFD] The website has encountered a problem and cannot
display the page you are trying to view. The options provided below might
help you solve the problem."

I don't seem to find the sollution - can any one help please??

Error: 80072EFD = ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT
Translation: Cannot connect to the Internet server

There's a possibility that either a 3rd party firewall, anti-spyware
program, web accelerator, Internet security/antivirus program and/or a proxy
server is interfering with the Windows Update Services (SVCHOST) accessing
the Internet.

When accessing the Update site, you receive the 0x80072EE2 or 0x80072EFD
error.

You may encounter temporary connection-related errors when you use Windows
Update or Microsoft Update to install updates
