No admin password.

My lap top was stolen and I have since then been able to get it back
The only problem now is that the person has changed everything on me.

I cant do anything on my computer with out the password for the admin.
Im not very good with computers but from what I have looked up you nee
to be able to get online to download something to reset it all.
figured out to open the guest account but it wont let me let on th
internet to do that with out the missing password.

so I guess what I want to know is.. Is there any way I can do this wit
out going online or buying the disk?

your help is much appreciated.

Hi edit,

Since you are locked out of your computer, you will need to create the
boot DVD/CD in Method Three, in this tutroial below, on another computer
to use on yours to reset the password.

Since it was stolen, I would recommend that you only retrieve any files
that you wanted and format the drive and do a clean install. You never
know what kind of spyware or malware may have been installed on it.
