No Administrator User Account

I have deleted something from Vista and now I have no administrator
user and all Users are now standard.

How do I get back a Administrator User?

Folks,
I fixed my pown roblem by rebooting the pc in Safe Mode and logging in as an
administrator and was able change user logins.
